Including in BASE disto in such a way that they are in "an add-on CD" 
would convey the meaning. . 

 
I like the effort made by UBUNTU team and even trying to
include the win-modems. 
 
I say if you want people to switch over than adding proprietary
drivers would really help.
 
Once someone finds that with 1 CD installation on Linux his all
hardwares are running the effect is 
 
"BANG . . .! Y not Linux . . ?"
