[PLUG] [OT] Philosophical act of unifying in scripts!

In my modest opinion, shirorekha in Devanagari does act of unifying
the fundamentally different  characters ( प्रवृत्ती ).

Is there any other script which has similar characteristics like
shirorekha in devanagarii?

I am aware of slight differences between devanagarii and tibetan
script [that **stop ( पूर्णविराम )** coming in the headline ( शिरोरेखा
) instead of **imaginary bottomline**] but just wondering if any other
script has similar.
