Hi Deepak,
Given the problem with ghosting installations, you might be interested in a
different approach.

Booting of PXE and installing is a good option. However, it might take
effort to acquire and implement that knowledge.

A slightly easier learning curve is available with Kickstart. Last I heard,
Ubuntu was supporting Kickstart via the installer and a
'system-config-kickstart' utility to create kickstart files. There is a
document on Ubuntu wiki too explaining a part if not all of this procedure.

Let us know how it went, no matter what solution you adopt.
