[PLUG] installing dbg (php)

Hello guys,
IRC has disappointed me.
OK i am trying to install dbg for debugging php.
I have downloaded the tar file and it contains dbg.so files for various
versions.
I do not know how to install it(installing php extensions).
Is anyone aware?
