This was a logical conclusion at the end of three different situations
handling by the same set of engineers :-)  PEBKAC?  Sure go ahead and
assume whatever fits your taste :-)

which we did enjoy, and really converted the user to Linux...
Which distrro?  PEBKAC symtoms don't allow freedom to dis-close such
trivial details.

no blaming the whole lot... we know Red Hat is yet another good
distro, just that it is too difficult for beginners like we :-)
