Thank you both of you.. I have started reading about OpenVPN. What architecture would you recommend me if i want to setup this VPN + DNS + Proxy + firewall for some organization? What things should be taken care of? Will you recommend to use something like webmin, nagios, vnc etc for monitoring hosts or ssh is better option?
