[PLUG] Need some help in Eclipse plugin develoipment

Hi Everyone,

I am looking forward to do some plugin for eclipse. I am able to do a few
tit-bits on plugin (Read huge amount of manuals),  but I want  to develop a
plugin of professional quality and not a student project.

Right now I am looking for some help in terms of quality aspects, pitfall,
rapid development tools, reference material. If someone in the group is
working on eclipse please share your knowledge.
Also are there any developer communities in pune?
