A *subject*  like "Tally on Ubuntu/Wine printing problem" would have
been helpful.   This is basic Netiquette.    It helps search engines
index the thread and when other search for a similar problem, they can
see this thread with a meaningful subject line.

Which version of Tally?  It would help especially those who are
interested in doing a similar setup.

Does this problem occur when you print from a "native" Linux app?

How is this printer presented to Wine i.e. Tally application?
