[PLUG] Converting FAT32 partition to NTFS without data loss ?

Hi Plug,

I have installed linux-mint on my portable 500 GB HDD drive with 
following configuration

ext4: 30GB
linux-swap: 2 GB
fat32: 435 GB

Now, everything is working fine except VMware because fat32 partition 
didn't support filesize >4 GB, hence not able to run bigger operating 
system in VMware.

Please assist, if possible to convert *FAT32* (435 GB) partition to 
*NTFS* without data loss. OR is there any utility in which I can pretend 
my FAT32 partition as NTFS to my VMware.
