Is he one of the moderators/admins/power-to-be ?

I almost never understand his emails (May be problem lies with me) but I am
certain that that 99% of his emails are NEVER ABOUT LINUX  !!! (May be that
is why I don't  understand his emails)

A while ago, there was a big discussion about "strict" moderation of this
list, yet such "not related to linux and hard to understand" emails are
allowed.

Is this time to "vote" about what is allowed and what is NOT, on this
mailing list ?
