An American friend once asked me, if there is a July 4th in India and
I answered sure and so does the rest of the world!  He was perplexed
for a fleeting moment and then broke out laughing.

Two full moons in an western calendar is rare (July 2015 being one);
maybe there is some connection.

Who knows, who cares?
