An online version sounds good to me. We can ask them to join our IRC channel for real time chat and we can accept submissions on our website, if possible, or on some other service which provides file hosting. I'll be willing to coordinate the online activity if we do decide on having one.

That reminds me, will we get an internet connection or do we have to sponsor our own?
