[PLUG] URPMI & DNF

While facing the problem that is being discussed in a different thread, 
I have this question...

When urpmi failed I tried dnf. It did not help much.
But now after database was fixed using "rpm --rebuilddb" i ran "dnf" 
once again.

It updated my skype4linux and lib64vncserver that urpmi had not caught 
earlier.

Now this makes me think which updater I should use going forward...
