Hello,

I have a USB digital signature card, it works perfectly on windows. Although I am a primary ubuntu, unable to make use of same on ubuntu.

Already tried couple of things, but java, nor acrobat reader can detect it. If any one has already used , please guide.

After connecting it, open a terminal and type dmesg.

What does it tell you about the usb device? Is it recognised.

Also look at the output of lsusb.
