The quality of posts of late has been poor.<br><br>I once wrote individually to some of the people you have addressed above.<br><br>Since there appears to be no institutional mechanism (or any discussion<br>thereon) to shun the nuisance I just did the best I could individually: If<br>I notice habitual obscure/non sense senders, I block them in my mailbox.<br>(To be precise, I use procmail to redirect such senders' "stuff" to<br>/dev/null).<br><br>Moderation could be one solution (though I know it was once done away with<br>after such demand).
