I haven't tried Reliance broadband, but have been using  Reliance FWP with
Linux for  quite some time now (@1 yr)
Only downside, that it is NOT broadband in true sense (connects at 114 Kbps)
But way better than 56K dial up.
It is quite straight forward using their  rconnect utility (They do have
Linux version available on their website)
I tried it with PCQlinux 2K5 which is FC based based, but it works with
other RH/FC distro as well.

my home.
