[PLUG] soundcard configuration in RHEL4

hi,
   
  can anybody help me in configuring Creative soundblaster 24 bit 5.1 live soundcard on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4. its not detecting my soundcard. when i tried system-config-soundcard command its says card not detected.
   
  please help me in this.
