[PLUG] HTML Emails [Just a little Offtopic]

Hi
I want to create HTML emails. I am ready to use any Email reader. But the
reader should offer me the flexibility to create HTML emails myself.
I want to create HTML e-letters, to the likes of Indiatimes shopping or Ebay
alerts, which many of us might be aware of.

Can you point me towards such an email client please?
