[PLUG] Indian language support for Windows 2000 / XP (Urgent)

My question is that, is there any open source
script/program available that if I run on windows, it
will enable Indian language support without
requirement of windows CD?

Include the entire Indic language software which is there on that CD with
your Marathi software distributable.

Provide a nice howto also.
