Out of curiosity , how people ( newbie) read how-to, and how many follow
instruction on screen ?
people are lazy about reading how-to. from my experience as a tech
support ( for windows/internet-dsl ), i have found most of the queries
( 60-80%) can be tracked to a how-to with relative ease.
