[PLUG] Unable to boot using FC5 DVD (Linux4U May 06)

Hi,

I'm unable to boot FC5 DVD on a ThinkPad R40 laptop. I interrupt the
normal boot sequence and ask it to boot from the CD. It shows CD
activity but boots from the HDD. Also the CD activity goes on forever
and I cannot remove the DVD unless I restart the machine. If I restart
and access the DVD, it shows dir contents of DVD.
Any pointers?
