[PLUG] Linux TV Tuner

hello all

well,
i am thinking of buying a TV tuner ! i have the following questions

1) Which one should i buy ?
2) What should i look for in the card ?
3) Are the Linux drivers available for the external USB2 tv.tuner too ?

Please if someone is already using some xyz card in linux, please let
me know the name for the card,coz it's very important for me !
