If you have access to that PC then go to Dos prompt &
type degug ,hit enter
-o 70 2e ,hit enter
-o 71 ff ,hit enter
-q ,hit enter
exit , hit enter
Restart the computer , it works on most version of award bios
Alternatively try this password combintions
lkwpeter , j262, AWARD_SW ,AWARD_PW ,Biostar ,AMI ,Award , bios,BIOS ,setup
, cmos , AMI!SW1 ,AMI?SW1 , password
