I guess there is some envy in GNOME camp where KDE folks keep a stable API 
from 3.0.x to 3.5.x guaranteeing that application would cleanly recompile. 
Considering that GNOME is known for a build nightmare, I am sure that is 
something to envy about..;)

Now is that enough to start another flamewar here..;)
