[PLUG] How to deploy Perl application?

Hi,

We want to develop a web based admin tool for schools.
I found some open source stuff at
http://richtech.ca/openadmin/download/

I downloaded the .tgz file and extracted it. But I
found perl code in it. We are not getting how to
deploy any perl based web application may be in Apache
web server.

Can somebody help us in perl application deployment?
