Ya, my windows network drivers are installed correctly.

If i shut down my linux directly from the mains ( when the network service
is running ) and agian boot my system and goes into windows  then in windows
my network is working fine.

There is problem when i shut down (poweroff) my PC then my network card is
not working when i am boot my system in windows xp.
