When you install Python on Windows,  it comes along with an editor. It is
called IDLE.

Popular IDE platforms like Eclipse and Visual Studio also stable modules for
easing Python development.

Other popular open source IDEs like JEdit, Jext, Vim, Emacs support the
Python mode on all platforms.
