[PLUG] User access rights

Hello,

I am using Suse 10.0 linux with windows XP. I have mounted windows partion
under linux. I want to give right to access my windows partition to the user
created by me. By default there is no access to the normal user. But I want
give read n write acess to the normal user.


How I can do this? please let me know if anybody having idea..
