[PLUG] AVR simulator

Hi!

Does anyone know any software which can simulate the code for a
microcontroller? Something like AVR Studio for windows? I found a program
(simulavr) which interfaces with gdb but that only provides a text based
interface. A graphical interface would be very useful.

Specifically I want to simulate Atmel's AtMega16 microcontroller. Basic
simulation of ports and pins is sufficient for my purposes.
