[PLUG] PLEASE HELP US OUT PLEASE-DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS IN QT

Respected Mam/Sir,
I am developing an application in QT designer.I want to provide the icons in
my toolbar-but as soon as i  close my application window, icons disappear
from the toolbar.And on running the application,I get an error message
"QPixmap::fromMimeSource:Cannot find pixmap "refresh.png" in the mime source
factory"
