re-organize your hard disk to have at least 2 primary partitions - one
for windows and one for solaris.

install (open)solaris/belenix and dual boot with grub.

perhaps you might also want to look into subscribing to the pune
opensolaris user group. (sorry dont have the url handy, try google for
it)
