[PLUG] [COMMERCIAL] PC Hardware service vendor request

Dear PLUG,

Could anyone connect me to a strong service vendor who provides:
1. Onsite Hardware Service/Maint. support
2. 4 hour response time (during daytime office hours)
3. Knowledgeable staff/engg.

It's probably hard to satisfy all, if anyone here has a vendor they are 
willing to endorse - I would definitely look forward to talking to him.
