Job Description     The consultant will be part of a web2.0 project.

Responsibilities include:
    * Help in Module design
    * Code reviews
    * Guide testing ( we follow agile development)
    * Participating in design and review meetings

Desired Profile
    * Hands on experience on JSP/servlets
    * Should have very good web design skills.
    * Candidate must have knowledge of Seach Engine Optimization (SEO)
    * Candidate should have hands on experience on payment gateways
(PAYPAL,etc)
