[PLUG] Enquiry About Society Registration

Hi,
 I am maintaining GNU/Linux User Group for my home town namely Muzaffarpur. I want to register 
it as Non Profit Organization. And for this I would like some help from you. Can you please 
send me the detailed steps to register my GLUG as Non Profit Organization? Please also send me 
expected expense in this process. I came accross to your site from google and am very excited 
to see that PLUG is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization. registered under the Indian 
Societies Act as well as also registered as a Public Trust. So on the same track I would also 
like to register my GLUG under Indian Societies Act as well as Public Trust. So guide me in 
this direction. I will remain grateful to you for this forever.
