Now what about training required for trainers? :-)

One of the most important thing trainer must do is not to get
frustrated with students :-)
We are students who have no money to pay either and hence we learn by
helping each other...

That's where you have failed... you got frustrated with the mailing
list manager that is based on rules...  just that you didn't share
your problems with the Mailman on this list.

Anyway to cut the story short... there is a shortage of good trainers
as much as there is a shortage of good students...  I know some people
(trainers) simply rely on word of mouth to feed their monthly stomuch
and they don't use any advertizements or even a mailing list... which
you maybe unaware of.

you students are your best marketing tools so use them wisely... and
you will find peace, and piece of pie that you are looking for...
