[PLUG] survey of FOSS success stories

In my perceptive opinion, most effective spread of some of the FOSS
technologies and tools (perhaps without calling them FOSS and probably
without making much *fuss*) to the grass root level (to the best of my
knowledge) has been achieved by SVS here.  http://www.svs.org.in
I am sure there are other noteworthy people and organizations as well,
but I am not citing their names because I have not been able to spend
requisite & necessary time to learn and truely understand effect of
their contribution.  I am still trying to learn about other such...

That's a failure on unsigned's part!
