You can't copy those packages from CSLinux CD on your Kubuntu system.
But if you spend some time to understand "How to use apt-get or synaptic ?".

You can install those package on your system.


eg. If you want to install ddd from that Live CD to your system.
Use this command in your Kubuntu system.

$ sudo apt-get install ddd

Done.
