[PLUG] Combining two ISP connections to increase bandwidth?

Hi, guys

Regarding loadbalancing using LARTC, i have tried that stuff on my own side.

Well, it work very fine up to certain limit, but the instant any one of the
line gets down out of 2 ISP's then at that time the whole stuff of LARTC
gets fails.

So, I think the LARTC still needs to be fine tuned. Well i tried the other
stuff instead which is working fine.
