 You can setup a linux box and configure iptables. As you need 150 users I
will recommend buying a bix with good quality motherboard and a good quality
LAN card, preferably a card that supports 1Gbps. Also, for proper internet
speed across all users you need to look at the overall network hierarchy and
eliminate the bottelnecks.
