[PLUG] Ubuntu xen problem

Hello guys,
I've recently installed Ubuntu 10.04 x64 on my pc and when i tried to
install xen-desktop on it . gave me an error as follows:

/universe/x/xen-tools/xen-tools_4.1-1_all.deb: trying to overwrite
'/etc/bash_completion.d/xm', which is also in package bash-completion 1


I don't why it happened or haven't got a clue so please let me know if
anybody know anything about how to solve this problem....
