@Amit Thank you for the inputs. Also wanted to ask if PLUG maintains any 
newsletter /  wiki based on the mailing list exchanges that we inside 
the community. I see lot of useful information being exchanged on the 
discussion forum, which can be aggregated into very informative blogs. 
May be we can talk on this topic in the coming meet.
