btrfs is my backup disk although its anywhere but full, 20G/80G but I believe 
the ENOSPC hanlding is quite improved recently and the corner cases continue 
to be fixed.

while wait is a cautious strategy, it is stable otherwise. there are no 
crashes and dataloss and data checksumming is awsome feature. :)
