[PLUG] Ubuntu 10.04 Upgrade Problem

Hi There,

I'm currently on 9.10 and want to upgrade to 10.04. Problem I face is
I dont see the upgrade notification and button when I start Update
Manager. I've applied all the updates and my Update Manager does not
show any updates to be applied.

I also tried it with "update-manager -d", but that also does not show anything.

Please help me guys... !!!!!!!
