[PLUG] [PuneStartups] [X-Post] Prototyping software from Linux/Ubuntu

I am looking for something like axure.com or Adobe ROME. Any other
competent prototyping tool will help. I am not looking for graphics
designing softwares though (like GIMP etc), as they are rather time
consuming.
