[PLUG] Anyone using / can advise on FreeBSD/NetBSD?

I believe binary packages might make a difference. I don't know if you could 
maintain a full freebsd KDE desktop only out of packages, and not having to 
resort to compile anything by hand.

Thats the only thing I am curious to know about.
