[PLUG] Fedora to put everything under /usr

As a new comer to Unix you might have wondered about the "standard"
directory structure and might have come to terms with it as "that is how
it always is".

For majority of the users the change will remain transparent, though it's
still a change from an age old directory structure. Any views
counter-views regarding pros and cons of this?
