I had dealt with them in 2006-2007 - Extremely unprofessional - They used
to be known as Iqara broadband if I remember correctly.
Also, check if they are giving you a "public" ip address or if they are
using NAT + putting you behind a proxy. I think Sify and You broadband used
to do this / are still doing this.
