I cannot understand why lately all PLUG meets announcements/rescheduling
are being made directly on the day when the meet is expected or at the most

Since most of the members understand that by default the PLUG meets are on
the 1st Saturday of the month, many people turn up for the meet and get
disappointed finding the meeting being rescheduled.

The PLUG meet announcement should be co-ordinated  and announced at least 1
week in advance.

when i gave this suggesstion last year, many members were shouting at me. on the top of it, they suggested that i sould take over this job of announcing the meet.
