[PLUG] Fwd: [OT/HW] How to unglue AMD Phenom II from it's heat sink?

Greetings HW enthusiasts,

The motherboard of one of my system is RIP.    When I took out the CPU
heatsink+fan, it came out with the CPU firmly stuck to the copper!.

I have tried to separate the CPU from the heat sink without much
success.  I am afraid if I try any solution it might damage the CPU.

Any suggestion to resolve this 'sticky' issue would be much appreciated.
