[PLUG] Connected Communities - Mozilla

Hello everyone!

A bunch of Mozilla contributors have come up with the idea of *Connected Communities* wherein they are trying to form a network of spaces that support open source activities.  This *directory* of spaces will be helpful for all communities and will make it easier to conduct events and proceedings. 

I request all members of PLUG to help this initiative by suggesting places they know which are open for the community.
